Now Hiring (FT) Maintenance Director!   Sign on Bonus $1000- $200 after 60 days $200 after 120 day and $600 after 12 months of employment.   Hourly Rate $18.00 to $22.00 depending on expeience.    - FT Equivalent Employees (30+ hours) will be offered a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, and vision and dental plans to begin the first of the month following 60 days after hire date.
