Now Hiring Part Time Server/Customer Service Liaison!
Saturday and Sunday
As the first point of contact at the community for our customers through telephone or in-person interactions, this position provides exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner. This position is responsible for graciously greeting community visitors, addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families, and providing support to sales and marketing and the business office.
Under the direction of the Dining Room Manager or Director, Food Service, this position is responsible for the quality of service delivery during meal service, compliance with special diets offered by the community, and for communicating with the management company on all appropriate matters.
