Our culture of caring is extended to everyone in the Milestone family, our associates, our business partners, and most importantly, our residents.
We don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to retirement living. Our communities are encouraged to operate independently with their residents and local culture in mind. What does that mean? It means that we don’t expect one of our communities in Seattle, Washington to offer the same activities or serve the same food as our community in Roanoke, Virginia. We don’t want all of our communities to look the same. We don’t expect them to all be the size or offer identical levels of care. Our residents aren’t all the same, so their homes shouldn’t be either.

This position is responsible for assisting communities, ownnership relations, and creating and building teams. This includes traveling to designated communities and working with the community teams in developing revenues, controlling expenses, building census, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and communicating with the management company on all appropriate matters.
