    Now Hiring a Director of Digital Marketing!

     

    The Director of Digital Marketing in conjunction with the Senior Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing define, implement and oversee the marketing strategy for Milestone Retirement Communities.

    Essential Functions:

    • Develop and implement cohesive marketing plans to increase brand awareness.
    • Direct and develop branding for New development projects and national branding campaigns.
    • Drive marketing/sales performance at stabilized, newly opened and under developed locations of a multi-site operating companyCollaborate with the Senior Leaders, Owners and the Community leadership team to produce relevant content that meets the web marketing needs of the communities and their audience and to grow the customer base.
    • Maintain responsibility for the marketing department’s budget.
    • Design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with Milestone’s sales goals.
    • Assist in developing integrated communication plans for consumer engagement around multiple service brands: brands, programs and initiatives, including communications positioning, messaging, and tactics.
    • Manage the social media marketing strategy for Milestone Retirement communities; focusing on content creation for Facebook, Blogs, Google+, Google Ad Words, YouTube, Twitter, Yelp, and other social engagement or reputation management sites.
    • Execute all social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc..) for Milestone Retirement community portfolios.
    • Manage vendor relationships for website management, reputation management and social media engagement.
    • Manage and monitor with outside vendors the measures to determine effectiveness of website functionality, lead generation and communications programs and create plans to improve results.
    • Manage the compliance of digital content policies and practices around website content and social media.

    Requirements:

    • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly!
    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales Marketing or a closely related field required or combination of education and related experience.
    • Minimum 8-12 years of progressive marketing experience, within a multi-site marketing environment.
    • 3 years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated progressive levels of management experience.
    • 3 years of experience in marketing development and execution including digital, print, social media and other marketing mediums.
    • Ability to manage the pressures and stress associated with a deadline-oriented atmosphere. Demonstrate skill in making independent decisions in support of company policies and procedures in a timely manner.
    • Must be willing to travel extensively.
    • Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
