    Now Hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team!

     

    The Digital Marketing Manager oversees website content and digital marketing programs for the senior housing communities within the Milestone Retirement portfolio. Drive content, message, and consumer growth focused on independent living, assisted living and memory care.

    Essential Functions:

    • Project manage the construction and launch of new website platforms for individual senior housing entities within the Milestone Retirement portfolio.
    • Collaborate with the individual communities to develop digital marketing campaigns to support local initiatives like events, etc.
    • Create and write original content for community websites tailored to the industry specifics of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.
    • Manage communities websites: making edits, building.
    • Manage communities’ social media accounts and online reputation, respond to reviews and comments in a timely manner in line with HIPPA compliance.
    • Manage email marketing for all communities including monthly newsletter.
    • Manage vendor relationships and hold them accountable for performance.
    • Manage and monitor the measures to determine effectiveness of website functionality, lead generation and communications programs and create plans to improve results.
    • Maintain and grow Milestone Retirement communities’ tone of voice in content.
    • Manage the compliance of digital content policies and practices around website content and social media.
    • Keep abreast of communications and technology initiatives relevant to Milestone Retirement and the senior housing industry.

    Education and Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, website content development required.
    • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations Journalism or equivalent experience.
    • Experience producing content for websites specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (Blog content, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.).
    • Past experience building audiences either online or offline.
    • A dual-minded approach: highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
    • Great communicator in both verbal and written form.
